WebDec 4, 2024 · 1.6 TDCi - Ford Focus - turbo problems - injection doc I have written a post about these before! its most unlikley that the turbo failed as in failed ! its caused by a diesel injector seal leaking in the cylinder head. The combustion gases leak past the seal and clog up the oil feed galleries to the turbo, casuing failure.
