Looking down onto the rib will result in a higher POI than will looking along it. This assumes that the barrel is straight and that the choke tubes, if any, are not causing the problem. Your bottom target, if it is a 5" circle, your group looks to be about where it would be, or slightly low for a 50 yard zero.
