WebThe rep was super adamant about us purchasing their Goof Proof protection plan. He sold it to us a "necessary purchase that would cover anything". Now we have a small area on the headrest of our leather sofa that's completely deteriorated and peeling and our "necessary purchase that covers everything" is denying our claim and refusing to help us.
