Webunder Xinput, windows recognizes the controller as an Xbox 360 controller. Dinput stands for direct input. It's basically emulating an older joystick, and doesn't work on much I'm afraid. My recommendation, if the X-Box controller isn't compatible, use JoytoKey and map the controls to it. Much more reliable.
