WebI am not a doctor, but I wonder, maybe after the MRI, the biopsy was targeting the areas flagged in MRI. In my case, the urologist only took 4 samples using ultrasound targeting after seeing the MRI results. All samples hit cancer. Having only Gleason 3 tissue in the samples should be a good thing, less aggressive, and less likely to spread.
